Founders and Board of Directors
There are 7 founding members that will serve as the Board of Directors (BOD) of ICOR.  The leadership, stewardship and governance of ICOR share an ethical member-oriented vision on how to service and improve the world we live in. 

James I. Nelson, Chairperson
President of Business Continuity Services, Inc., a consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.  Jim earned the MBCP certification from DRI International in 1998 and served as DRI’s Lead Instructor from 2002-2005.  Jim also serves as the Business and Relationship Management Consultant to International Association Management, Inc.

Peter Murphy, Vice-Chairperson
Peter Murphy has over 17 years experience in the IT industry, and currently holds the position of principal consultant for the storage management practice in Asia Pacific and Japan with Symantec. Prior to this position he was the chief storage architect for the Asia Pacific region with Sun Microsystems Professional Services. Peter has been actively involved in all aspects of storage and data management projects through out the Asia Pacific region, including Total Cost of Ownership and Business Continuance Planning.
 
Peter has completed the Gartner Storage TCO and Disaster Recovery Institute International certification exams and holds the DRII CBCP certification.

Lynnda Nelson, President
Owner and director of Business Continuity Services, Inc., as well as the Director of Continuing Education for International Association Management, Inc.  A former high school teacher, Lynnda has extensive experience in curriculum development, adult learning, and facilitating partnerships in the public/private domain.

Laurence Gration, Executive Vice President
Certified Association Executive with an extensive background in meeting and association management both in the US and Australia. He has served as an executive director for various national and international associations.

Hermeet Singh, Secretary
Senior Solution Architect, Client Solutions for Sun Microsystems, Asia with a strong technology background, currently located in Selangor, Malaysia.  Hermeet has over 15 years of experience ranging from consultation on server performance analysis, software management of servers using management tools like BMC and SUNMC, and security assessment services including intrusion detection and architecture review.

Peter Srivaree-Ratana, Treasurer
President of NorthStar InfoSys, headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, is one of the SE Asia’s leading IT Services firm in products, services and solutions for IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Business Continuance (BCP), and Information Security Management Systems.  NorthStar is one of the leading pre-kindergarten to 12th grade curriculum software companies in Asia as well as the leading provider of University enterprise software.

Don Byrne
A successful entrepreneur, former venture capitalist and investment banker, Don Byrne has been the CEO of several high technology and financial service companies. A frequent speaker at industry events, Don is the author of articles on technology, business operations and general management. A certified business continuity planner, he has spent much of the past thirty years working in the fields of disaster recovery, emergency management and operational resiliency.
 
He is the founder and Managing Director of the consulting firm - North River Solutions, Inc.  His industry experience includes financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation/shipping, engineering/software development, and wholesale distributors. His current area of interest is the interplay between regulatory compliance and business continuity planning.
