Charter Membership

As a Charter Member of ICOR, you have the opportunity to shape the future of organizational resilience around the world. ICOR provides its leaders with the opportunity to direct the future of resilience education by designing and delivering professional development, conducting research, publishing articles, and partnering with colleges and universities to influence curriculum development.

Charter Members are recognized on our Leadership page with a photo, description of their specialty, and links to their email and website. Charter members also have the opportunity to have their presentations, articles, research, and other works posted in our members-only Library.

Lastly, Charter Members are received on an invitation-only basis. Charter Members will be invited based upon their experience, knowledge, customer-service orientation, ethics, and their ability to either accomplish a specific objective or ability to be a visionary and thought leader.

General Membership

General members make up the main body of ICOR. Any individual who can confirm his commitment to one or more or the resiliency disciplines is invited to apply for a general ICOR membership.

Corporate Membership
The Corporate Membership is ideal for organizations who would like to offer ICOR membership benefits to several of their employees. Corporate members receive six general memberships for the price of five general memberships.

Certified Organizational Resilience Executive (CORE)
The OR Executive Certification is reserved for those applicants who serve at the executive level of their organization overseeing six or more disciplines as defined in ICOR’s University. The applicant receiving this credential would be responsible for the resiliency of the organization.

Certified Organizational Resilience Professional (CORP)
The OR Professional Certification is reserved for applicants who serve in a senior management position within their organization overseeing four or more disciplines as defined in ICOR’s University The applicant receiving this credential would be responsible for the resiliency of the division or region for which he is responsible.

Certified Organizational Resilience Manager (CORM)
The OR Manager Certification is reserved for applicants who serve as a leader of a business unit or a manager of a department within their organization overseeing two or more disciplines as defined in ICOR’s University. The applicant receiving this credential would be responsible for the resiliency of the business unit or department for which he is responsible.

Certified Organizational Resilience Specialist (CORS)
The OR Specialist Certification is reserved for applicants who have demonstrated knowledge and work experience in one specific discipline of organizational resilience.

Certified Organizational Resilience Associate (CORA)
The OR Associate Certification is reserved for applicants who are new to the disciplines of organizational resilience and who would like to begin the formal qualification process. Associate applicants are those who do not yet have the appropriate experience for credentialing at the other levels. 

The Associate certification is open to all interested applicants who have completed two or more courses at the introductory levels in two or more of the disciplines of organizational resilience and who are currently employed in a discipline supporting organizational resilience or who are seeking employment in that area.
